Pokemon X & Y GBA is a GBA Rom Hack based in the Kalos Region. Pokemon X and Y take players on a journey around the world, introducing new places and creatures to catch, train and battle with. The game’s new Sinnoh region includes new towns, mountains and caves that are far cry from the familiar Kanto and Johto regions. Pokémon X and Y also introduced a completely revamped battle system that allows for more strategic play. Players take on the role of a new trainer in a new region, as they journey to become the ultimate Pokemon master. Battle System:

Commands such as “attack”, “defend”, and “switch” can be issued at any time, enabling players to strategize on the fly. Victory is secured by KOing all of the opposing team’s Pokémon, or forcing them to retreat.

The battle system in Pokemon X and Y is much different than previous games. You no longer control your character directly; instead, you use commands to trigger attacks and responses from your Pokemon. Battles take place on a 3×3 grid, with each turn taking one square. The battle system in Pokemon X and Y is much different than previous games. You no longer have to physically battle your opponent, but can instead choose to use various Abilities and Attacks. This makes the game more strategic as you have to decide when to use which Ability or Attack. The battles also take place in real-time, so it’s important that you stay on your toes! The system is based around using your pokemon’s abilities to team up and take on the enemy. You can also use items to help you during battles, and the rivals in the game will challenge you to battles periodically.
