There’s something particularly special about trading cards and games. When we were kids, we would trade cards with friends and try to build the best deck possible. We would strategize, and sometimes fight over who got to keep the best card. Games like Pokemon have a similar appeal, as we all battle it out to become the best trainer.

But what if there was a way to increase your chances of winning by using something other than strategy?

In the Pokémon Soul Stones game, players collect soul stones to power up their chosen Pokémon. The more soul stones a player collects, the more powerful their Pokémon will become. Players can also exchange these soul stones with other players to get rarer and more powerful Pokémon. A new game for the Nintendo Switch that will allow players to collect and battle with Pokemon using stones that can be used to power up their Battling Pokemon.
